Victory!

Where do I start? A hard fought 1-1 draw? Andy's cameo appearance in the penalty shoot out? Steve's penalty miss? Yes, let's start there. Steve missed a penalty in the shoot out but we won. Tossas victorious! And now we celebrate.

    A touching moment - near the end of the 1st half, son of 'expat' Martin takes my hand and quietly announces that he 'wants to go poo'. Time to 'up my game' as the team coach with prompt substitution of Martin, which prevents a potentially embarrassing (and smelly) international incident

    There is rumour that Gilles (Captain of the Vroums) has walked out on their training camp in tenerife this morning and has flown back to Belveze having refused to take responsibility for the penalty takers!!
